Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or provide proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

No credit or refund will be give for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
